This platform is provided by Invesco Asset Management (India) Private Limited (“IAM”) for empaneled distributors to initiate transactions in Invesco’s products, for and on behalf of their clients. This platform has been provided by IAM solely to provide operational convenience to its empaneled distributors and does not warrant that the platform will be provided uninterrupted or free from errors, virus or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code or program. IAM further does not make any express or implied warranty with respect to the platform or any service provided hereunder including, without limitation, any warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose and IAM disclaims any such liability.
The platform will offer flexibility to its empaneled distributors to initiate transactions on behalf of its clients i.e., initiate scheme purchases, redemptions, or switches in Invesco’s products. However, the ultimate discretion to accept or decline the transaction resides with the client. Clients are therefore urged to review and verify the details carefully, prior to accepting or declining the transaction.
As an added security measure, all logins for the distributors as well as the clients are protected by OTP authentication which is sent only to the mobile numbers registered with IAM, without which they will not be permitted to access the platform.
In case of any dispute between the client and distributor for any reason whatsoever, such disputes are to be settled inter se between the distributor and the client without any recourse to IAM and IAM disclaims all liability.

Not withstanding anything contained herein, in the event any liability arising to the User as a consequence of any of IAM’s employees accessing the User's password without authorization shall be borne by the User.

Grievance MechanismIAM will not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any personal information of its investors/ users. Upon obtaining knowledge by itself or been brought to actual knowledge by an affected person in writing or through email signed with electronic signature about any such information IAM shall act within thirty six hours and where applicable, work with user or owner of such information to disable such information that is in contravention. Further the intermediary shall preserve such information and associated records for at least ninety days for investigation purposes. In case, you suffer as a result of access or usage of computer resource by any person in violation of rule can notify your complaints against such access or usage of computer resource of IAM. The Grievance Officer shall redress the complaints within one month from the date of receipt of complaint.
IAM shall report cyber security incidents (if any) and also share cyber security incidents related information with the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team, as may be applicable from time to time.
